Meeting IULM University Students: Innovation, Responsibility, and the Future of the Pharmaceutical Industry

I had the pleasure of meeting with students from IULM University for a stimulating and insightful discussion.

This opportunity came thanks to an invitation to Lo Spazio Consapevole, organized by ALL4U SRL and Music Innovation Hub.

During the meeting, I shared what it truly means to lead a company built around innovation and continuous research: not only the search for new projects aimed at filling gaps in a sector that is fundamental for society, but also the ongoing development of every function that shapes and contributes to our daily operations.

Together with Kikka Ricchio from Music Innovation Hub, we explored the key competencies required for a central role in the pharmaceutical field, the essential academic paths, and the strategic value that this function represents within a Medicine Company.

A particularly touching moment of the interview was when I was asked how important it is for me to communicate what eXinvest really does and where it operates — not only in terms of activities, but also the social and geographical contexts in which we work. Another meaningful question addressed whether working in politically unstable regions, where speculation often occurs, can be a decisive factor in defining the ethical responsibility of a company.

It was also interesting to see the company profile presented by Forbes Italia, which together with Fondazione Cariplo, Motorola Mobility (a Lenovo Company), and other partners made this engaging event connected to the 76th Festival di Sanremo possible.
